The Bentowise Help Docs Are Now Live

The official Bentowise Help Docs are now available.

We did not create a complete manual earlier because Bentowise was still changing quickly. Features, workflows, and even some of the ideas behind the product were continuing to take shape. With V2 released and the overall structure becoming more stable, this is the right time to explain how everything fits together.

The new Help Docs cover the core concepts behind Bentowise, including Vaults, Boards, Sections, and Blocks. You can also learn how to collect notes, links, images, files, and external resources; work with templates and restore points; review your research; and export a Board for sharing or backup.

The documentation also explains the principles behind the product: local-first storage, structured visual thinking, user-controlled sync, and the freedom to choose the AI tools you already trust.

This is not intended to be an exhaustive technical manual. Instead, it is a practical guide to understanding the Bentowise workflow:

Collect → Arrange → Think → Review

If you are new to Bentowise, start with a question you are currently working on and use the Help Docs to build your first Board.
